Missed Call Text Back Functionality

During my cold calls, I’ve noticed that many potential customers don’t answer, which means missed opportunities. A fantastic feature that would add great value is a missed call text back function.

With this feature, when a call goes unanswered, the AI agent could automatically send an SMS to the recipient. This would open up a new channel where the customer can start a conversation via text, allowing them to engage with the AI assistant at their convenience.
