🌐 1. Facebook Messenger IntegrationThe Stammer.ai uses the Official Facebook integration with Meta's API. You can connect any AI to any of your connect Facebook Pages. Simply sign in and select the page you want to use. A Facebook page can only have one AI agent connected at a time.Step 1: Select an AI Agent from your dashboardStep 2: Navigate to the Integrations tabStep 3: Click on the Facebook integrationStep 4: Create/ Connect your Facebook Business accountStep 5: Enable the AI Agent to be activeYou're done! The integration is now setup and when you message the Facebook Messenger, in a few seconds the AI agent will respond.
💬 2. WhatsApp IntegrationThe Stammer.ai uses the Official WhatsApp integration with Meta's API. You sign into your Facebook account and then will be prompted to either create or connect an existing WhatsApp number. Business WhatsApp phone numbers from Meta may have an additional expense depending on your location and sending category billed directly from Meta.Step 1: Select an AI Agent from your dashboardStep 2: Navigate to the Integrations tabStep 3: Click on the WhatsApp integrationStep 4: Create/ Connect your WhatsApp Business accountStep 5: Enable the AI Agent to be activeYou're done! Available for Full SaaS Mode users only.
This is advanced functionality we are sharing with full SaaS mode users early to help test and improve UI/ UX.
Custom Functions allow developers to create custom actions and API calls for their AI agents similar to creating a custom GPT.
For example: “I want to create an AI agent that is connected to my Shopify inventory and provide live availability.”
You could create a custom function which connects your Shopify store and gets all the data as needed for your use case so the AI agent can respond as needed.

The idea that you could use text messages with a real LLM GPT chatbot, would be an advancement. And also Whatsapp. That would also play nicely together with Voice messaging/Elevenlabs to increase the need for an audio message since many are using audio messages in general.
