You have the option of creating a text field, number field, email or checkbox
When required the form will be shown to users before they start a chat session

It will continue to prompt the user to answer and only will continue after if it has acquired these data points

Ability to ask for email during a chatbot conversation. You could either set it so that when the user says a certain keyword or a phrase close to that keyword. Or that chatbot would ask for the email after there has been a conversation for 3-5 minutes.
